Transforming leaders through clarity, strategy, and action.
I help leaders and teams navigate complexity, unlock change, and lead with more clarity, human connection and impact.
My background
With over two decades of experience in leadership coaching and consulting, I bring a unique blend of lived leadership, neuroscience & NLP informed practice and deep empathy. I’ve led teams across multiple locations, run my own business, worked as an in-house leadership coach, and partnered externally with senior leaders across multiple industries. My strength lies in truly understanding people, their context, pressures, and potential and helping them access the clarity and courage to be better and lead better.
Something real about me
Born in Scotland, Australia is well and truly home where I live with my husband, our son, two groodles, and a cat who believes she runs the show. I dislike the gym (but go), hate cooking (but love food), and geek out on reading leadership books and listening to podcasts.
Super powers
My superpower is having the courage to be real. I quickly see what’s getting in the way and help people cut through the noise to move forward. I spot patterns in complexity, connect the dots others miss, and guide people to the point where change becomes possible. I bring warmth and humour that makes people feel safe to lean into the tough stuff. That’s where transformation lives and that’s where I thrive.

Clients range from senior leaders to CEOs across many industries.- Austin Health, Latrobe Regional Hospital, Barwon Water, Melbourne Parks, Symal, Wingate, Blaze Acumen, Freehills Patent Attorneys, Iress, Deputy ( use the logos)
I guide leaders through complexity & change with clarity, courage, and heart shaping futures through adaptive leadership, AI & innovation
My background
I’m a passionate advocate for people and leadership done differently. My career has been a series of purposeful pivots — from physiotherapy to tech sales, from building startups inside corporates to shaping leadership cultures at Microsoft. I’ve held executive roles in Australia and with responsibility for Asia, developed high-performing teams, and studied adaptive leadership at Harvard and communication at INSEAD.
I bring a future-focused lens to leadership, with a deep interest in how AI, human insight, and adaptive leadership shape the way we work. I’m also a proud advocate for neurodiversity, especially the strengths of those navigating the world with dyslexia.
At the heart of it all is a drive to help people access mindset-shifting moments, make meaningful change, and lead with clarity and courage — especially during pivotal transitions.
Something real about me
As an avid adventurer, I’m passionate about travel & wellness — especially if it involves downhill skiing, scuba diving, spa destinations or exploring new places with my son. I’m also an aspiring champagne connoisseur and a very average student of French.
Super powers
As a coach, my superpower lies in adaptive leadership — helping people do the deep work to see themselves more clearly, elevate their mindset, and grow into the leader they’re becoming. I create the space for honest reflection, courageous conversation, and practical action. I believe wellbeing fuels high performance, and I help leaders align who they are with how they lead — so they can show up with more confidence, clarity, and impact.
Who I have worked with
I’ve partnered with organisational leaders and changemakers across sectors — from technology, finance, healthcare to professional services and education and from global & local enterprises, public sector customers to small and medium businesses.
I provide leaders at all levels with insights and actionable guidance to enable them to navigate uncertainty with confidence.
My background
I have over 30 years of experience in the world of work as a manager, a leader, a consultant, coach and mentor. I am more convinced than ever that it is people who make organisations thrive – when you unlock their potential, everything else follows. I am known for building strong, collaborative relationships and making complex ideas easy to understand; being results oriented but values driven; being passionate about customer success and enabling people to maximise their potential.
Something real about me
Born and raised just outside Newcastle in the North East of England, to where I have recently returned after decades of living and working in many different locations and countries. I am a proud Geordie but support Ireland at Rugby. I love food but am definitely not a domestic goddess (friends volunteer to cook when they come to my house!). I strongly believe that dancing makes everything better.
Super powers
My superpower is curiosity. I ask the questions that matter and I listen, not just to what is said, but to what is meant. I bring grounded, real-world experience in making change happen and making it stick. I combine empathy with challenge, always with the aim of helping people be better and move beyond simply managing tasks to stepping into true leadership. Development, for me, is purposeful, it’s about linking personal growth to the outcomes that matter for the organisation and the individual.
I deeply care about communities, customers and teams to drive progressive, positive change. I combine leading with a strategic focus and hands on approach.
My background
Decades of experience in marketing and customer experience in large corporate environments has unlocked curiosity in how humans thrive within the systems we create. I have explored this via the marketing programs, the CX transformation projects and within the teams I have led. Most recently my attention has been turned to the support of domestic violence victim survivors post escape and promoting trauma informed cultures in the workplace. My strength lies in my significant capacity for caring; for customers, employees and communities.
Something real about me
Born in New Zealand and making Australia home as a child, I now live with my husband and son in Melbourne. We are all active volunteers in areas we are passionate about, me in a Domestic Violence refuge centre, my husband in the leadership of a Surf Lifesaving Club and my son in ocean and marine protection. I love to cook and garden, particularly when they can come together. My happy place is in the rainforest in Far North Queensland.
Super powers
My superpower is my ability to see the systems we either actively or accidently create and how the people involved are impacted by them. I thrive in complexity and shaking out the patterns, the problems to be solved or opportunities to be leveraged, designing solutions and driving positive change.
I help businesses make sense of AI – and actually use it to get things done.
My background
I live at the intersection of AI, business and technology. As an industry expert with over 30 years’ technology experience, including roles as Chief AI Officer at InnovateGPT. I’ve held senior and global roles at Microsoft Australia and Google Cloud. I co-host the AI in Education podcast, am a regular keynote speaker for both technical and non-technical audiences and advise organisations on practical AI adoption and digital transformation.
Something real about me
I took an ‘Intro to Improv’ course at the beginning of 2020 to improve my stage presence for speaking. And somehow that turned into spending the evenings of COVID progressing through multiple levels, graduating from Sydney’s Academy of Improvisation after 3 years. I now appear on the stage at Comedy and Fringe Festivals on a regular basis.
Super powers
I ask the questions that make AI feel a bit less like magic and a bit more like common sense. I help people spot what really matters (and what doesn’t), cut through hype, and build strategies that are actually useful. I’ve got a knack for translating complex ideas into plain English and making tech decisions feel less overwhelming. Partnering with Career Pivots enables leadership to embed AI in a meaningful and sustainable way.
